We’re looking for a Senior Game Designer to join us in-house and help define the next generation of our games.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Game Designer, you will work directly on Firestone Idle RPG as well as on new upcoming titles. You will shape core systems, economies, and long-term progression loops, collaborating closely with programmers, artists, analysts, and product owners to deliver features that engage players for months and years.
Responsibilities
Design and iterate on idle, clicker, incremental, and RPG gameplay systems.
Own game economy design and long-term progression pacing.
Build clear and structured design documentation.
Use player data to refine features and improve retention.
Work closely with the team to bring designs from concept to final implementation.
Guide and mentor junior designers.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with Free-to-Play (F2P) games.
4+ years of professional game design experience.
Strong understanding of idle/clicker/incremental mechanics.
Proven experience balancing complex game economies and meta systems.
Ability to work in a fast iteration, live-ops-driven environment.
Passion for systems design, player psychology, and long-term engagement.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
